When it comes to the chunky sneaker trend (or as I will forever call them: ugly dad sneakers), I'm not all for it. I think that's one pieces I will consciously never give into. I'm sorry if you like them, sadly I just don't. But I do like wearing sneakers, especially Jordans and Converse.
I probably only own about 4 pairs but I'm starting to think I should have more. I love trainers for ease and comfort, especially when I'm walking around a lot. I've got used to pairing them with skirts and dresses and personally I think it looks super chic.

Right now it's all the rage to pair your sneakers with any outfit you chose. My preference right now is definitely with floaty maxi or baby doll dresses. It gives edge to the super feminine, whilst not looking out of sorts.
This black maxi is a custom one that is super comfy (and has pockets), so I thought it would easily pair with these nude Jordans (my brother's, which he grew out of so it's a total result for me). Accessorise with pearl details and a mini bag, then you're set with a street-style ready look.
